Padmi.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services, including our AI assistant that integrates with Google Calendar to help you manage meetings and events.

By using Padmi.ai, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you connect your Google account, Padmi.ai requests permission to access your Google Calendar data.
Specifically, our app may:

  • View your calendar events

  • Create or book new calendar events on your behalf

We do not access, store, or share any other Google user data (such as Gmail, Drive, Contacts, etc.).

3. How We Use Information

We use your Google Calendar data solely to provide the core functionality of Padmi.ai — viewing, scheduling, and managing calendar events through your AI assistant.

We do not:

  • Store Google Calendar data on our servers

  • Share data with third parties

  • Use your data for advertising or analytics purposes

All access happens in real time through Google’s secure OAuth 2.0 protocol.

4. Data Storage and Security

Padmi.ai does not store your Google Calendar content on our servers.
Your data remains within Google’s infrastructure and is processed temporarily while performing requested actions (e.g., booking a meeting).

We use encrypted and secure communication (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transfers.

5. User Control and Data Deletion

You can revoke Padmi.ai’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting your
Google Account Permissions page.

If you have created an account directly with Padmi.ai, you may request deletion by contacting us at anirudh@padmi.ai.
Once access is revoked or your account is deleted, Padmi.ai will no longer have access to your Google Calendar data.

6. Sharing of Information

Padmi.ai does not sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties.
We may disclose limited information only if required by law or legal process.

7. Use of Google User Data

Padmi.ai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.

This means:

  • We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features.

  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties.

  • We do not use data for serving ads.

  • We only keep data for as long as needed to operate the requested feature.

8. Children’s Privacy

Padmi.ai is not directed to individuals under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
